Boss Everyware...but maybe not enough?.
While I've not yet used this software, it looks rather impressive. In relation to it's <a href="http://blog.tsheets.com/time-attendance-software">Time and Attendance</a> tracking, I'm not sure that it's quite enough to be a fully featured tracking tool. I've used Tsheets for quite a while now, and while it doesn't allow me to access what employees are doing on their machines, it's time tracking features are bar none.
